The apartments are furnished to the taste of each individual owner: they are situated on the ground floor or on the first floor with terrace or patio, and provided with private parking, cooking corner, washing machine and satellite TV. Within the building guests can use the tennis court and
swimming pool (Jun - Sep). |

At about half a mile the beach “Sottomonte”, easily reached on foot from the apartments, in front of the spectacular Tavolara island. |

In the proximity also the beach "Cala di Sassari" and "La Spiaggia Bianca" where is possible to hire loungers and umbrellas, with a bar on the beach hiring water bikes and pedalò. |
| At about 5 miles, the village of Golfo Aranci with its bars, pizza-restaurants, newsagents, emergency doctor, chemist, ice cream parlour, and hire shops. |
| Porto Rotondo, famous tourist destination, is at 8 miles distance. Olbia port and airport about 13 miles. |

Apartments are allocated locally after 17:00 and before 20:00 on day of arrival.

Check-out: Apartments must be vacated at 10:00 the latest on day of departure. |
